I love to help emerging writers shape their books and have been teaching creative writing for over six years now. I regularly teach for Guardian Masterclasses and Curtis Brown Creative. I have guest lectured at Warwick University and London City University and led workshops at dozens of literary festivals. Published authors I have worked with include Janet Ellis, Hazel Barkworth, Laura Marshall, Caz Frear and Jade Beer.
Writing Psychological Thrillers, a six-week online course I wrote for Curtis Brown Creative, runs a few times a year. I distilled everything I know about the genre I love into these modules. Whatever you’re writing, the course will help you craft your story with suspense in mind.
I also do private mentoring for writers with a substantial (at least 40,000 words) work-in-progress.
